I ordered the flowers as a surprise for my gf, and they understood the assignment!
I wanted them to deliver to her office, and I was a little worried at first, because I am ordering from outside the country, and there were many chances that the surprise could be ruined. Even on the phone when they rang her (I gave them HER number, not mine, in case they had any questions about getting to HER office), they made sure to keep it a surprise! They did not disclose who it was from, and what was being delivered :)
They delivered early, but made sure my gf safely secured the bouquet :)
She was very happy to see her gift, and I'm pleased that she liked it!

Aside from the pricing, I'm really satisfied with the process of ordering and delivery. As someone who orders from abroad, I depend so much on this. Although, according to the one who received my recent order, the quality of the flowers isn't that great so that leaves an area to improve. All in all, I'm satisfied as evidenced by ordering from you for three times already.
