I liked that the bouquet came out really nicely, although what can be improved upon is sending notifications when the bouquet is out for delivery instead of just notifying me that it has been delivered instantly.

Ordering System
I appreciate the prompt service and ease of the ordering process. For improvement, a SMS or email prompt can an added service to inform if the order is already in transit. This is so client can anticipate the arrival of the order, since the delivery cut-off is quite a long time (within 4 hours).
