The coordination from ordering to the last minute messages to give the correct delivery address, I am amazed how quick the Customer agents acted from receiving my messages to finally relaying correctly to the receiver. Also, the celebrant was too happy to receive the birthday bouquet, for the first time in his life. That the product was too beautiful, even after 3 days this bouquet can be seen in the birthday pictorials, still beautiful from the day it was received. Quality product. Superb customer support. Quick delivery and best customer service if unavailable order.

I’m satisfied with almost everything. It’s just that, the picture of the flowers i ordered did not turn out to be the same as when I saw the flowers delivered. I was expecting to see the bluish color of the flowers as seen in the Clouds of Affection picture but it turned out to be very pale in color. Not as attractive as the one in your picture.

I must say that you guys keep up the great work!! How you guys manage from ordering--customer support-- all the way to delivery is impressive. The quality of your product surpass my expectations.. Thank you and keep doing what you're doing-- it's working well!!
