Thank you for honoring our request to change the delivery address.We just hope that someone will answer your telephone. We had been calling you several times but never been picked-up, also in FB messenger, never received a reply.

Ordered for a same-day delivery for my mom's birthday. A few hours after my order I was emailed that it would be delayed to the next morning and there are not other replacements for it that could be delivered. I even offered to book it myself and wala talaga. The next morning came and wala parin, it was delivered 9pm... then sa 10 tulips that I ordered I got 8 and the missing two were replaced with colored roses. The customer service was at least polite and prompt at replying.
