Quality of products

I have ordered in Flowerchimp multiple times because of the quality and look of the products. They look absolutely lovely both in picture and the actual one. Ordering process is seamless and selection range is wide.

Not same as advertised.

I ordered it way advanced but on the day of delivery you messaged me that not all flowers are available. You should have noticed me sooner or the day before about it. As a flower shop you should have known the flowers that are limited or abundant every season or month and notify the buyer. I am very disappointed, if you notify me earlier, i could have change my order and be satisfied with your service.
