Beautiful, bright and meaningful flowers to appreciate amazing women!

The pick-up window provided was too long. While I understand this was indicated on your booking page, my expectation was that as the pick-up date approached, a shorter and more specific window would be given. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I was only notified at around 3:30 PM that the item was ready for pick-up, with a broad window of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
I would assume that at some point, order intake for that day is cut off, which should allow for better planning and a more precise pick-up schedule. It would be helpful if a narrower time window could be provided closer to the actual pick-up date.
In addition, my order included a balloon, which was missing upon pickup/delivery.
Overall, I hope these areas can be improved to enhance the customer experience.

It was for my mom and the bouquet looks very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. I got a 30% refund but still, it doesn’t look like 2, 000 php bouquet.
