I originally ordered a different flower but they messaged that it's not available and if it's alright to change it, they at least asked permission first which I totally appreciate. They also managed to deliver on time, which is super important to me :-)

Delivered late. The floral arrangement was a mess, and the paper was crumpled. There was a lack of coordination on the delivery status. I had to phone several times to get the status of the order. Also, the delivery rider is out of reach; I had difficulty contacting him.
