While the schedule of delivery was met, and all items were delivered, i was disappointed with the items delivered. The boquet delivered was arranged nicely but this didn't come with individual water cases at the tip of the stems to preserve the flowers longer. The stuffed toy ordered was not wrapped in any form and I had to wash the stuffed toy due to dark stains at the head and side of its neck. It was a hassle for me to make it look presentable on the same day just to gift it to the recepient. It was not a nice experience and I had no choice given it was delivered on the same day, naturally, to consider the freshness of the flowers.
