Florist called me to advice they need to change flowers. I had asked for a picture of the arrangement to be sent, and florist did send me the picture before delivery.

Usability of website
I like that i could choose times between it will be delivered and then in real it was delivered that time. More flowers to select, maybe plants in pot :) More tulips if it's not a problem in the Philippines hehe more ideas in basket. More plus toys to choice, bigger sizes with not huge price difference than in local stores. :)
