First time using the website and honestly it went smooth and easy, considering I am abroad and my girlfriend is in the Philippines it worked out perfectly, the product was as described 10/10 service

I ordered two Ariana bouquets for two sisters, both home sick with Covid. This one, sent to Cebu sister, rated a 10. It arrived exactly as pictured on website. The other one, to a Metro Manila address, rated a 0. That was order 198819. The flowers were way way past their prime. I sent pics to customer service and hope someone pays attention. Unfortunately, there is no room to send pics here. In fact, in my email, I suggested that the company ask recipients to send pics as a way of quality control.

I am a return customer and I am most satisfied with the ordering process and the fast response from the customer service team and most of all, they tried to make ways to meet my requested delivery time! Til my next order (and discount please!)
