Good updates from the team on alternative flowers & was responsive. Minor negative comment is the wreath I got did not look like the one in the picture where it was with a nice box stand. Pics should look as close to the real thing as possible.
We’re glad to hear that our team was able to keep you updated and assist you promptly with the alternatives. We’re also sorry to learn that the wreath did not fully match the presentation shown in the photos. We understand how important it is for expectations to align with what’s delivered. Your input is valuable, and we’ll take this into consideration as we continue improving our product presentation and accuracy. We appreciate your support and hope to serve you even better next time.
Ordered a condolence wreath for delivery to a colleague in the Philippines from Singapore, was glad to have taken the chance and order via Flower Chimp. Payment was easy and delivery was done promptly within Antipolo, the flowers looked great and I had no complaints. Hope there are more variety with card messages in the future.
We’re so glad to hear everything went smoothly and that the arrangement met your expectations. We’ll keep your feedback on card message options in mind as we work to make our service even better.
