Prices are equivalent to the quality of the flowers. Actual product looks exactly like the website photos. I haven’t had a failed or late delivery ever since.

I've been a customer of flowerchimp for a while now and my order last week was the most disappointed I've been.

The flowers were bland and they were 2 hours late to the agreed schedule (9-1pm).

CSRs were disappointing as well. First one I spoke too was not sure what day it was on the day of my delivery and thought my order was delivered already. Second one was just plain rude. Good thing the online representative was nice consistently. I cannot understand how some people are in CSR and do not know a single bit how to handle VALID customer complaints.

Flowerchimp, you were awesome but I do not know what happened to you. Until then, I'll be looking for my flowers someplace else. Best of luck to your business.

This is absolutely not what I've ordered. Cotton flowers were not included. Change of roses' color was accepted but the message did not mention the lack of cotton flowers. Very disappointed especially 2 weeks from Valentines' Day.
