The Customer Service is impeccable in communicating and responding to the situation I was in where one of the items on offer with the package was not available but need to be replaced. I valued the effort to communicate the situation and the prompt response. In situation like above, there should be “proposed” alternatives to existing items in the package if that item becomes unavailable so that time is not wasted, since most often than not, people do not answer “unknown calls” or looked at their emails every now and then. Overall though, it was a great experience and I will be a returning customer. Thank you.
I ordered two funeral arrangements worth more than 20K for my cousin's funeral stating it would be delivered the same day. 3 days later, it wasn't delivered. I emailed customer service telling me that I miss the cut off time for same day delivery. I understand that part but after 3 days and it is still not delivered then that becomes a problem. Then customer is asking me if I want a refund which they will only give as a credit for future purchase on their website, that is another problem. Why would I order again after my first disastrous experience? I was so frustrated and tole customer service to just honor their delivery on their end and be done with it because I never want to deal with this website again. They finally delivered on the 4th day. Sorry but i will never order from this website again. Refund by credit, WTH!
