I was disappointed with the Mirah bouquet I received, as it showed signs of wilting right away. It seemed like the arrangement had been prepared far in advance but wasn’t stored properly. To make matters worse, the delivery rider ignored all the instructions I left when placing my order. He then asked me to pay the service fee, claiming he didn’t receive any instructions when he picked up the arrangement. After emailing customer service about the delivery issues, I was given a discount voucher for my next purchase. However, a voucher doesn’t really help, and I won't be ordering from this site again. I had to request a cash refund instead.
